This English version is only intended to aid your understanding and does not have legal force. In the event of discrepancies between the English and German wording, the German wording shall prevail.

You can use this form to submit your withdrawal of a membership, language course, or library membership. You may withdraw within 14 days of signing the contract without providing a reason.

Submitting this form submits your withdrawal. You will immediately receive confirmation of the form submission on our website. We will then review your request, and once the review is complete, you will receive a message with the result.

Note: The right to withdraw from language courses expires if the course begins before the withdrawal period ends (see AGB Sprachkurse).
