Jede:r Besucher:in hat sich so zu verhalten, dass andere G\u00e4ste und der Institutsbetrieb nicht gest\u00f6rt, behindert, bel\u00e4stigt oder gef\u00e4hrdet werden. <br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">The Carl-Schurz-Haus (CSH) is a place for everyone. Every visitor must behave in such a manner that other guests and the institute\u2019s operations are not disturbed, hindered, harassed, or endangered.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Alle Besucher:innen sind gleichberechtigt, unabh\u00e4ngig von Alter und anderen Merkmalen. Jeglicher Ausdruck von Diskriminierung, Fremdenfeindlichkeit, Rassismus oder politischem Extremismus ist im CSH untersagt. <br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">All visitors have equal rights regardless of their age or other characteristics. Any expression of discrimination, xenophobia, racism, or political extremism is prohibited at the CSH.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Besucher:innen haften f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den, die sie verursachen.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">Visitors are liable for any property damages they cause.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr Kinder sind die begleitenden Erwachsenen aufsichtspflichtig. Sind Kinder oder Jugendliche allein im CSH, \u00fcbernimmt das CSH keine Aufsicht und Haftung. Dies gilt auch bei \u00f6ffentlichen Veranstaltungen.  <br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">Accompanying adults must supervise their children. If children or young adults are at the CSH without supervision, the institute takes over no liability. This also applies to public events.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Das Auslegen von Werbung und Veranstaltungsprogrammen sowie das Anbringen von Plakaten ist nur mit Zustimmung des CSH m\u00f6glich. Widerrechtlich angebrachte Werbung oder Plakate werden entfernt. <br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">Displaying advertisement or hanging posters is only permitted with the institute\u2019s consent. Advertisement or posters displayed without the institute\u2019s consent will be removed.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Garderobe wird keine Haftung \u00fcbernommen.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">No liability is assumed for the coat rack.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Fundsachen sind im Sekretariat abzugeben. <br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">Found property is to be handed in at the secretary\u2019s office.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Das Hausrecht steht der Leitung des CSH zu und wird im Auftrag vom Personal wahrgenommen. Den Anweisungen der Mitarbeiter:innen ist Folge zu leisten. Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen die Hausordnung k\u00f6nnen mit Hausverweis, Hausverbot, Strafanzeige und Schadensersatzforderungen geahndet werden.  <br \/><span style=\"color: #0089ac;\">The CSH house rules are carried out by the director or the staff. Instructions must be followed.
